We're Alicia and Roland Brown, the husband-and-wife REALTOR® team behind Black Swan Team, proudly serving McKinney and the surrounding North Dallas communities.
We bring two complementary perspectives to real estate. Alicia's detail-oriented, relationship-focused approach ensures clients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the process, while Roland's background in finance, business strategy, and market analysis brings an analytical perspective to pricing, negotiations, and complex decisions.
